A talk titled "Shaping the Future: Sectoral Leadership and the Power of Finance" was held at our faculty to enable students to gain insight into the business world and benefit from industry experience.

The event featured İrfan Özcan, the Director of Financial Affairs at Otokar, as the guest speaker. With over 33 years of experience in the automotive sector, Özcan shared his knowledge and expertise in financial affairs, finance, investor relations, and corporate governance with the students.

The discussion covered professional experiences, the role of the finance sector in the business world, career opportunities, and the competencies that can contribute to students' professional development. Özcan also answered students' questions by sharing examples from his own career journey.

By bringing students together with an experienced industry executive, the event helped bridge academic knowledge with industry experience and raised awareness regarding the students' career goals.
