A seminar titled "Sustainable Company, Sustainable People" was held with the participation of Mehmet Oğuzhan Kılıç, Human Resources Manager at ZF Group CVS Turkey, as part of the "Sustainability" course jointly conducted by the UTL and UTF departments within our faculty.

During the seminar, which attracted significant interest, Mr. Kılıç shared insights with our students regarding corporate sustainability principles, human resource management, current developments in global trade, and practical applications in the field.

The event, which provided students with the opportunity to reinforce their theoretical knowledge with an industry perspective, concluded following a Q&A session. We extend our thanks to Mr. Mehmet Oğuzhan Kılıç and all our students for their participation and valuable contributions.
