The Career Summit, held on December 28, 2023, at the Faculty of Applied Sciences, brought together students and graduates. The main theme of the summit focused on "What the Business World Expects from Graduates."

Following the opening speech by UBF Dean Prof. Dr. Sinan Esen, the first session, titled "What the Business World Expects from Graduates," took place. In this session, SATSO Board Member Turgay Çelik, MÜSİAD Sakarya Branch President İsmail Filiz Fidanoğlu, MOBSİAD President Güray Çalışkan, and SAMİB Founding President Metin Kar shared the expectations of the business world from prospective employees with the graduating students.

The second session featured presentations of market research assignments prepared by students within the course "Foreign Market Research" at UBF. These presentations aimed to provide examples of how UBF students can conduct market research for products needed by the business world.

In the third session, SATSO General Secretary Şevket Kırıcı introduced the Career Module developed by SATSO.

The fourth and final session included a presentation on PİKDER by PİKDER General Secretary Nurbanu Bektaş, followed by a seminar on Effective CV Preparation and Interview Techniques conducted by PİKDER Board Member Mert Ökçün.
