Career Paths Mapped at SUBÜ Faculty of Applied Sciences!
The SUBÜ Career Summit 2025, organized by the Career Coordination Office of Sakarya University of Applied Sciences, was held on May 26–27 at the Faculty of Applied Sciences Conference Hall with strong student participation. Over the two-day program, students gained valuable insights and experiences from seasoned professionals to guide their career journeys.
The first day of the summit began with a presentation by Adakurutma CEO Turgay Çelik titled “From Zero to Leadership: Ada Kurutma.” Students benefited from Çelik’s impressive experiences in leadership and entrepreneurship. Following this, Aspiliç HR Manager Aliye Emel Ercan shared key points to consider in recruitment processes and tips for crafting effective CVs. CEVA Logistics CL Leader Hakan Çetin provided an in-depth overview of current practices in the logistics sector, while Elitler Insurance Manager Alp Yıldırımalp discussed risk management in international trade.
The second day opened with an inspiring talk on entrepreneurship by Genç MÜSİAD Sakarya President Muhammed Emin Baltacı. Sales and Marketing Manager Şeyma Nur Bayraktar shared strategies for career planning and achieving success in sales and international trade. Entrepreneurial Businessmen Foundation President Baki Demir offered guidance on evaluating opportunities encountered during career development. The program concluded with a presentation by Industrial Engineer Gökhan Taşdeviren on the Milk-Run system, focusing on enhancing efficiency in production and supply chain processes.
