The second program of the Academic Experience Sharing Series, organized at our faculty, was held. The guest of the event, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mehmet Bağış, shared his academic experiences regarding post-doctoral (post-doc) processes with the participants.

Dr. Bağış provided a detailed overview of topics such as international research opportunities, application procedures, participation in research projects, academic networking, and the importance of international collaborations. By answering participants’ questions, the event served as a guiding resource for those aiming to gain post-doctoral experience.
