At the event held in Classroom B104 of our faculty, the lean management philosophy—which forms the foundation of world-renowned brands—along with corporate discipline and processes for sustainable success, were examined in detail.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mehmet Bağış moderated the conference, which featured Lean Management Consultant and retired Toyota executive Yılmaz Akbaba as the speaker. During the event, Akbaba shared insights into Toyota’s global management culture and production philosophy, as well as his own practical field experiences in the business world.

The program, which drew great interest from our students, offered critical advice to guide future leaders and managers on their career paths. Following an interactive session where participants' questions were answered, the conference concluded with the presentation of a certificate of appreciation and a group photo.
