In collaboration with the Sakarya University of Applied Sciences (SUBÜ) Center for Women and Family Studies (SUBÜKAM) and the Violence Prevention and Monitoring Center (ŞÖNİM) under the Sakarya Provincial Directorate of Family and Social Services, a training seminar titled “Respectful Living and Safe Relationships”—held within the framework of the “5th National Action Plan on Combating Violence Against Women (2026–2030)”—took place at our faculty.
During the seminar, sociologist Hilal Zülal Kaya provided our students with insights into the foundations of healthy relationships, the various forms of violence, early warning signs, and how to access support mechanisms.
