Our University Senate has decided that the Spring Semester 2023 Final Exams will be conducted online using remote teaching methods, based on the principle of transparency and accountability. The exams will be carried out according to the rules outlined below.

Online Exam Rules for Students

1. For exam security, students will be prevented from leaving full-screen mode, opening separate windows, taking screenshots, logging in from a second device, etc.

2. Cameras on students’ computers must remain on for the entire duration of the exam.

3. All student activities during the online exam will be recorded.

4. A watermark containing the student’s ID number will be placed on the questions.

5. Students will not be able to navigate back to previous questions during the exam.

6. Professional Practice and Graduation Project exams will be conducted online with a jury present.

7. Necessary support will be provided to students who do not have access to a computer or other technical equipment.

8. Make-up exams will only be allowed with proper documentation.
