Prof. Dr. Sinan ESEN, who had been serving as the Vice Dean of the Faculty of Applied Sciences since 2019, has been appointed as the Dean of the Faculty of Applied Sciences. ESEN took over the position from Sakarya University of Applied Sciences Rector Prof. Dr. Mehmet SARIBIYIK, who had been acting as the Interim Dean of the Faculty of Applied Sciences.

The handover ceremony was attended by Vice Rectors Prof. Dr. Ali Fuat BOZ and Prof. Dr. Oğuz TÜRKAY, along with the academic and administrative staff of the Faculty of Applied Sciences. Rector Mehmet SARIBIYIK wished Prof. Dr. Sinan Esen success in his new role and stated that he believes he will fulfill his duty admirably. Dean of the Faculty of Applied Sciences, Sinan ESEN, presented a flower to Rector SARIBIYIK and conveyed his thanks.
