Students who wish to apply for a make-up exam must apply via BYS (Information Management System) after the final exam and once the course letter grade has been announced.

After completing the application process, students are required to fill out the make-up exam application form below and submit it to the department secretariat along with the documents proving their justification (excuse).

Applications from students who fail to submit the official justification document will not be considered.
