The “Women Leading the Industry” event, organized by our student community, Zero to Summit Entrepreneurship Club, brought together students and industry professionals. The event featured Sıla Öztürk, Organizational Development Specialist at Koton, as a guest speaker.

Participants gained valuable insights on process management and optimization, efficiency, self-awareness, and the crucial role of women in the workforce, as well as the importance of supporting female professionals in business. The interactive format, with questions from attendees, provided a productive and engaging experience.

Sıla Öztürk shared her knowledge and experiences, offering important perspectives on the business world.

At the conclusion of the event, thanks were extended to Sıla Öztürk and all participants, and Women’s Day was celebrated with the distribution of flowers.
