The 2025-2026 Fall Semester Academic General Assembly Meeting of Sakarya University of Applied Sciences (SUBÜ) was held with wide participation.
The meeting took place at the Prof. Dr. Nevzat Kor Hall of the Turgut Özal Culture and Congress Center and was attended by Rector Prof. Dr. Mehmet Sarıbıyık, Vice Rectors Prof. Dr. Sinan Serdar Özkan, Prof. Dr. Ali Fuat Boz, and Prof. Dr. Oğuz Türkay, along with numerous academics from various faculties of the university.
During the meeting, topics such as the goals for the 2025-2026 academic year, enhancement of teaching and learning activities, strengthening of research and development efforts, and internationalization strategies were discussed. In a session where academics shared their opinions and suggestions, evaluations were made on plans aimed at advancing the university’s institutional vision.
Academics from the Faculty of Applied Sciences also participated actively, marking a strong start to the new term. A commemorative photo taken by the academic staff after the meeting highlighted the sense of unity and solidarity.
